Education Rooted in Ubuntu, Built for Global Impact
Osiri University’s master’s programs are designed for efficiency and depth, allowing students to complete their degree in as little as ten months by taking two courses every two months. Each program consists of 30 graduate‑level credit hours, including three required core courses:
Ubuntu Mind (3 credits)
Examines the global application of the Ubuntu philosophy and cultivates leadership grounded in togetherness, purpose, integrity, and justice.
Sustainable Leadership (3 credits)
Explores culturally and environmentally responsible leadership practices that strengthen organizations and communities.
Project Based Experiential Course (6 credits)
Provides an opportunity for students to design and implement a venture that addresses a real-world organizational or community challenge.
In addition to these core courses, students complete at least six three-credit graduate‑level (500‑level) courses within their chosen field of study.
