Upload transcripts, a personal statement, and any supporting materials. Work experience counts — see Credit for Work Experience below.

Enroll & Begin

Receive your admission decision, pay the administrative fee for your first course, and begin your Osiri journey on day one of term.

Admission Requirements

Common Requirements — All BS Programs

Applicants must have completed secondary education.
Applicants must have a command of the English language.

Common Requirements — All Master's Programs

Hold a bachelor's degree (or its equivalent).
Demonstrate proficiency in English.
Osiri University will accept up to nine credits (approximately three graduate courses) previously taken at other universities toward a master's degree. Exemptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Program-Specific Additional Requirements

MBA in Sustainable Leadership

Demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainable leadership and ethical business practices.
Bring a real-world problem to solve within an organization or community, or a business idea to develop into an impactful solution.
Open to applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds who are focused on driving meaningful change.

MSc in Data Science and Information Systems

Open to applicants from all academic and professional backgrounds, including business and IT professionals, career switchers, and researchers interested in the intersection of data analysis, system optimization, and real-world application (e.g., health, agriculture, finance, logistics, education).

MSc in Food Systems and Sustainable Agriculture

Encouraged (not required) to bring a real-world challenge to address within a farm, organization, food system, or community, or an innovative idea related to food security, sustainable agriculture, agribusiness, environmental stewardship, or rural development.
Welcomes students from diverse academic, professional, and cultural backgrounds, including agriculture, natural sciences, business, engineering, education, public policy, and community development.

MA in Education with Montessori Teacher Credential (EC or EL)

Open to applicants from all academic backgrounds who are passionate about innovative, child-centered education.
No previous Montessori experience required — only a commitment to learning transformative education.

MA in Film, Theater, and Multimedia Studies

Demonstrate a passion for the entertainment and performance arts.
A sample of creative work (e.g., performance video, written script, or poetry) is encouraged but not required.
Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds ready to create, perform, and launch entertainment careers.

MSc in Smart Manufacturing

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) field.
Non-STEM degree holders must possess relevant STEM training or a certificate.
A strong appetite for entrepreneurship, technology application, and sustainability leadership is highly encouraged.

PhD in Business Innovation

Hold a bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) or a master's degree.
Demonstrate proficiency in English.
PhD students may earn a master's degree during the program by simply taking a master's project-based course.
Open to applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds who are passionate about creating real-world impact through research and innovation.
Osiri University will accept up to fifteen credits (approximately five graduate courses) previously taken at other universities toward a doctorate degree. Exemptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Transfer Credits

We recognize the work you've already done. Osiri accepts transfer credits from accredited institutions and prior learning assessments.

Note: Transfer credit decisions are made by the Osiri Registrar's Office. Submit transcripts from all previously attended institutions. Credits from internationally accredited institutions are evaluated using NACES-approved evaluation services. Allow 2–3 weeks for evaluation.

Work Experience

Your Work Experience Counts

Osiri University believes that real-world experience is a form of education. Through our Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) program, professional experience can translate into academic credit.

Professional Experience

10+ years in a relevant field may qualify for up to 12 undergraduate credits through portfolio assessment.

Certifications & Licenses

Industry certifications (PMP, CPA, AWS, etc.) and professional licenses reviewed for credit equivalency.

Community Leadership

Documented nonprofit leadership, community organizing, or civic engagement may qualify for GenEd credit.

Military Service

ACE-reviewed military training and service evaluated for credit. Veterans receive expedited review.

Portfolio Assessment

Submit a professional portfolio demonstrating mastery of course learning outcomes for credit consideration.

Ubuntu in Practice

Demonstrated community impact and Ubuntu-aligned leadership weighted positively in all assessments.
